Palm
Gardens is set in its own private walled gardens planted with trees
and palms. Alongside the pool is a shower, a barbecue and a shaded
gazebo with an adjoining outdoor bar area. Sun loungers are also provided.
To
walk into town, you can take the main roads or the
picturesque riverside walk that is only 200 metres from the villa.
The views are excellent, surrounded by hills and with a large lemon
orchard at the end of the garden. It has been constructed using the
stone from the local hills to face the 4 corners of the house.
Internally, floors are all special Noce travertine with marble
stairs.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2
twin bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. There
is also a bed settee in the living room so it can comfortably sleep
up to 10. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and the villa
is air conditioned throughout.
In 2007, an upstairs lounge
was added.
This has satellite TV, DVD and a music player – There are CD’s and
DVD’s at the villa, guests can also bring their own.
This area
also provides access to the private balcony giving lovely views of the
hills. The extension to the upstairs master bedroom makes this a
large room with the windows providing for a panoramic view of the
hills.
